In 2017,China’s total export quantity of glass mirror was 996923.3 tons,increasing by 6.61%compared with the same period last year,with an export volume of 1.80052 billion dollars in the whole year,a growth of 4.3%.The glass export volume and price increased simultaneously.Over the past three years,glass mirror exports have continued to grow and the volume of exports has fluctuated in 2015-2017.The China Institute of Commerce and Industry expects China's glass mirror exports to exceed 1million tons by 2018,with an export value of 1.755827 billion US dollars.

In terms of glass mirror imports,the situation in the whole year of 2017 was consistent with the change of export data,showing a rise in volume and price.In 2017,14363 tons of glass mirrors were imported in China,an increase of 118.3%over the same period last year,and the total value of imports was 303.903 million US dollars.Looking at the import situation of glass mirror in 2015-2017,the import quantity and value have been increasing continuously in the past three years.In 2017,the import volume and amount is very high,and it is estimated that China's glass mirror import will reach 17160.4 tons by 2018.

In 2017,the top 10 provinces and cities in China in terms of glass mirror exports were Shandong,Zhejiang,Hebei,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Fujian,Shanghai,Liaoning,Anhui and Tianjin.The number of glass mirrors exported in the year was 29825.3 tons,with an export value of 225.475 million US dollars.

As for the import of provinces,the top 10 provinces and cities in China were Qinghai,Shanghai,Guangdong,Liaoning,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Beijing and Shandong.Jilin and Heilongjiang.Top of the list is Qinghai province,which imported 6,886 tons of glass mirrors in 2017,with a total import value of US$11.11 million.
